To be in accordance with CANSPAM we agree to the following:
• NOT use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• Identify the message as an prospective tenant or resident service issue request or question in some reasonable way.

If at any time a Resident or Prospective tenant would like to OPT OUT- in receiving correspondent messages We •
Honor opt-out/ by the tenant texting STOP in the message notifications quickly and the system will promptly remove you from ALL Correspondence.
(Once a Resident / prospective tenant has OPTED OUT/ STOP request of correspondent notifications being sent, they will receive notifications via a letter (to be posted on the door for current residents), or by email. and must sign a e-sign document verifying they understand they might be missing out on important correspondent messages via the portal at their sole expense and we are not liable.
• We allow Residents/ prospective tenants to OPT-Back in by signing a e-sign document that they wish to receive correspondent notifications again via the tenant portal with all contact information enclosed.
